Replace the admin index.php page with the one in the archive.
You get a submit new article option on the article managment page.

It would also be nice to have such a button next to the navigation box at the top of the module page
so users can submit articles (when one is using a custom menu)

I have made such a button, as its a super simple hack; maybe its an idea for in the preferences
[so the admin who uses a custom menu in his xoops can decide if users get to post easily or not]

maybe i am kinda lost placing ideas here instead of the wishlist though got confused with forum and subforum there though if i find my simple button hack i will post it below.
